Speaker: to be confirmed....
The first Men of the Dales weekend was in March 2017 and the second in February 2019 and after lockdown in March 2022. When we finished we asked the guys for some feedback: This is what they said....
Paul was brilliant, an inspirational speaker and I was so glad to see Paul Bell - an entertaining and fantastic singer-songwriter (Nick - Ripon)
Absolutely amazing! The work and fellowship were so inspiring and inclusive. Very challenging too! (Fred - Grimsby)
Great weekend away focusing on God's word with the chance for fellowship & laughter (Martin - Harrogate)
Inspirational teaching, challenging but not threatening and backed up with good food and time for recreation (Rob - Ripon)
Why Men of the Dales?
We all need encouragement, and where better to get that than go away for the weekend where you can listen to some amazing speakers, with a bunch of other guys who are trying to work out what it means to be a Christian in our world so we can go back to our home churches enthused and ready to encourage our friends and neighbours.
We want you to go back to your church family having had some fun, having met some great people and having learnt just that little bit more about who God would have you be.
"This is Not a Boot Camp" - Great Accommodation
Good Food - Excellent Bible Teaching
Time Together - Time to Chill
